Policy Bill (Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram)
As a member of the Senior Meals and Services Coalition, we urge Minnesota legislators to support changes to the state Senior Nutrition Program outlined in omnibus policy bills HF729/SF476. This program is a lifeline for older Minnesotans at risk of malnutrition. The proposed changes to the statute would improve efficiency and provide greater flexibility for innovation while maintaining high standards of accountability. Thanks to our chief authors Senator Erin Maye Quade and Representative Peter Fischer for championing this crucial legislation.
